Meezan Bank is Pakistan’s leading Islamic Bank offering a number of financial services and banking facilities. Recently, the bank was awarded “Best Islamic Bank of the Year” award in recognition of its excellent services in the sector.
The CFA Society of Pakistan also declared Meezan Bank as the “Best Bank in Large-Size Banks” and the “Best Digital Banking Services of the Year 2021.”
The awards were conferred at an event held to commemorate the 19th Annual Excellence Awards this year.
This is the 3rd time that Meezan Bank has been awarded the title of the “Best Bank of the Year” by CFA. Mr. Irfan Siddiqui – Founding President & CEO, Meezan Bank and Mr. Ariful Islam – Deputy CEO, Meezan Bank received the awards from Mr. Jameel Ahmed – Governor, State Bank of Pakistan who was the Chief Guest at the event.
The banking industry in Pakistan is very competitive with some of the largest local and international banks offering different products and services to their customers in order to retain them. Considering the tough competition, it is difficult to stand out and shine. However, Meezan Bank managed to do so and offered the best Islamic financial services to its valued customers.
These awards are yet another testament to the bank’s focused customer-centric policies that reflect in their banking operations.
