Representatives of allottees in the Green Enclave-I housing project met with officials of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) to discuss the long-delayed development and seek clarity on the project’s future progress.
The meeting was held with FGEHA Project Director Mohsin Sardar, where the delegation requested an update on the implementation of commitments previously made by the housing authority regarding the project.
The delegation included Chaudhary Amjad Ali, Chaudhary Ahsanul Haq, Aslam Chaudhary, Rana Arshad, and Tahir Mahmood. During the discussion, they urged the authority to accelerate the remaining infrastructure work and ensure the timely handover of residential plots.
Green Enclave-I has experienced significant delays over the years, prompting repeated concerns from allottees awaiting the completion of essential infrastructure and possession of their plots. The latest meeting reflects ongoing efforts by stakeholders to secure a clear timeline for the project’s completion.
According to participants, the discussion focused on pending development work and the need for practical steps to move the project forward. The delegation emphasized that completing roads, utilities, and other key infrastructure should remain a priority so that allottees can finally receive possession of their properties.
The anticipated resumption of development work is expected to provide relief to hundreds of allottees who have been waiting for progress on one of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority’s flagship residential schemes.
If development activities resume as expected, it could mark an important milestone in addressing long-standing concerns and restoring confidence among investors and future residents of Green Enclave-I.
