The technology is changing very fast. With the passage of time, some old devices get out of order and stop supporting several updates. WhatsApp is one of those apps that keep on updating every now and then. Recently, the messaging app has announced that a new update is coming after which the app will stop working on more than 49 devices.

Previously, in October, WhatsApp stopped working on iPhones operating on iOS 10 and iOS 11. However, this time around, these are mostly the android devices on which the app will stop functioning. The list only contains the names of two iPhones.

Since most of the smartphones on the list are old ones, there is a fair chance that many of the users have already upgraded their devices.
