WhatsApp has introduced a new feature for iOS users that addresses a common frustration: unfinished messages. With the newly rolled-out “Message Drafts” feature, users can now save unsent messages within a chat, ensuring they don’t lose important text due to interruptions or distractions. When an unsent message is in a conversation, WhatsApp will display a “Draft” label, clearly indicating the chat contains an incomplete message. This label makes it easier for users to track messages that need to be sent later.
The update also improves the organization of chats. Conversations with unsent drafts are automatically moved to the top of the chat list, allowing for quick access and reducing the chance of overlooked messages. This is especially helpful for those who often switch between multiple chats or are interrupted during typing.
This feature is being released gradually, and while it is primarily for iOS users at the moment, it is expected to be available on other platforms soon
Additionally, WhatsApp plans to introduce customization options for Meta AI’s voice, further enhancing the user experience.
