India batted initially and set a target of 152 runs. The chances of their win were less even at the start. Later on, Babar and Rizwan opened for Pakistan and sprinted the total unbeaten scores. Both of them scored in the fifties which lead the Pakistan cricket team to get such tremendous success. They both took Pakistan to 71/0. And then brought up their 100-run stand together. Pakistan reached 101/0 after 13 overs, there was the first depiction of green shirts victory. The treat didn’t stop there, Rizwan remained unbeaten on 79, where Babar was not out even on 68 runs. There India gave a target of 152 in 20 overs.

After that Indian team did the worst possible start of batting, because Rohit Sharma got out on 0 by Shaheen Afridi in the very first over, and then Afridi knocked out Rahul on 3 runs. While moving further India got to 100/4 after 15 overs. The only good performance done from the side of India was by Kohli who scored 56 runs and completed his 29th fifty in the T20 World Cup match.

Concluding is that, the performance of the Pakistan team was astonishing. Though it is a huge pressure playing a game with that countless emotions are attached, still, they tried their best. We hope that they’ll keep performing like this in upcoming matches as well.
