The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has officially released the provincial merit list for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2025, marking a significant development in this national initiative aimed at empowering students through digital access.
Among the beneficiaries are students from Sindh, including those enrolled at the Sindh Agriculture University (SAU), Tandojam, who can now verify their selection status through the dedicated HEC portal.
An official from SAU confirmed that students can check if they’ve been:
- Selected
- Waitlisted
- Declared ineligible due to academic or administrative concerns
To streamline the process, the university has posted merit details:
- On-campus notice boards
- The university’s official website
- Social media channels via Student Focal Persons (SFPs)
Students who believe they’ve been incorrectly listed or missed due to documentation issues are advised to reach out to their assigned focal person. All objections or correction requests must be submitted by July 4, 2025.
University officials have strongly encouraged students to review their status immediately to ensure no opportunity is missed. Timely action could determine whether a student benefits from this prestigious and impactful government program.
