Reports suggest that she has been part of an untitled Star Wars movie.

Deadline reports that Damon Lindelof, an American screenwriter, known for his work for The Watchmen, Star Trek and Tomorrowland is now working on a new Star Wars film for Lucasfilm (a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios).

If rumors are to be believed, Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy has been chosen to direct this movie and the script is yet to be finalized. All this indicates that the production is not starting any time soon and will be taking some time to kick off.

The publication revealed that the Star Wars team focused on finding a director before a co-writer because it is important to take into consideration how the filmmaker would like to take it forward.
