Taylor Swift has dethroned Bad Bunny to become Spotify’s most-streamed artist of 2023.

The pop superstar racked up an impressive 26.1 billion streams between January 1st and November 29th, 2023, according to Spotify’s Wrapped campaign. This marks a significant increase from the 18.8 billion streams she garnered in 2022.

Swift’s success on Spotify can be attributed to a number of factors, including her massive Eras Tour, the release of two re-recordings of her early albums, and the popularity of her 2022 album Midnights.

Bad Bunny, who held the title of Spotify’s most-streamed artist for the past three years, came in second place this year with 23.6 billion streams. His 2022 album Un Verano Sin Ti remained the platform’s most-streamed album overall, with 4.5 billion listens.

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” was the most-streamed song of 2023 with 1.6 billion streams. The track topped the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks earlier this year.

Rounding out the top five most-streamed artists of 2023 are The Weeknd, Drake, Peso Pluma, Feid, Travis Scott, SZA, and Karol G.

Spotify’s Wrapped campaign also revealed the most popular podcasts of 2023. The Joe Rogan Experience took the top spot for the fourth consecutive year, followed by Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy.

Spotify Wrapped is a popular feature that allows users to review their listening habits from the past year. This year’s Wrapped campaign is available now on Spotify’s app and website.
