Pakistani A-list actor Mawra Hocane has officially addressed and dismissed the swirling rumours surrounding her alleged first pregnancy with her husband, actor Ameer Gilani. The actress took to social media to clarify the situation after speculation grew over her recent public appearance.

Over the weekend, the entertainment buzz began when Hocane, who married Gilani earlier this year, attended a store launch event. She was seen wearing a green, flowy ensemble that many fans believed was an attempt to conceal a baby bump. The outfit choice quickly ignited gossip, with rumours spreading across social media platforms about her supposed pregnancy.

Breaking her silence, the “Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2” star turned to Instagram to put an end to the speculation. She shared pictures from her official shoot in the same outfit that caused the chatter and firmly captioned her post, “The rumours are NOT true.”
Hocane lightheartedly added, “Let me enjoy my ‘dum naal dum bharan gi’ era,” referencing the trending song Ranjheya Ve that she used for her carousel post. With her response, the actress dismissed the rumours while also injecting a touch of humor into her denial.
