With national and personal data becoming increasingly valuable, cybersecurity is a top priority. Agencies like PTA, NADRA, and SECP are collaborating to safeguard digital assets.

Pakistan scored an impressive 96.7% in the ITU Cybersecurity Index 2024 — a testament to ongoing capacity building, including training over 3,000 young cybersecurity professionals in the past year.

Two operational submarine cables and upcoming additional links will strengthen internet access nationwide. The National Fiberization Policy is progressing, supported by the removal of right-of-way charges by the CDA.
