After the participants were given the time to get ready and have breakfast, the second day started with a healthy exercise of meditation to encourage the participants to adopt a habit of morning meditation. This practice can be a life-altering experience in the most constructive way as it helps a person to be patient, be present and have control over their thoughts.

Day 2 was sponsored by English Biscuit Manufacturers (EBM), Founding Partner of Young Leaders Conference. EBM has been promoting YLC’s endeavors ever since it became the platform’s founding partner in 2003. Keeping in line with its legacy, EBM has sponsored this year’s second day!

After this, a sponsored activity by EBM was conducted in which the participants had to create an. #MeriPehchaanSuperHai to dig deeper into who they are as individuals and what they represent as a community. Through this session the participants realized the power of gratefulness and how one should always be thankful for all the blessings we are blessed with. There are people out there who are differently abled, there are people who can’t see, can’t listen, can’t walk properly and we are, crying over things that aren’t event relevant to live a life.
