The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has intensified its oversight of private housing projects in Islamabad by issuing a show cause notice to the management of Rawal Enclave Housing Scheme, citing alleged violations of regulatory requirements.

According to the notice, the housing project located in Zone IV of Islamabad is accused of undertaking development activities and marketing operations without obtaining the necessary approvals from the CDA. The authority claims that the scheme proceeded with various activities despite not securing approval for its Layout Plan and the required No Objection Certificate (NOC).
