WhatsApp will no longer function on iPhones running iOS versions earlier than 15.1. Specifically, the following models are impacted:
- iPhone 5s

- iPhone 6 Plus
- iPhone 6s
- iPhone 6s Plus
- iPhone SE (1st generation)
These devices are unable to upgrade to iOS 15.1 or later, rendering them incompatible with the latest WhatsApp updates. Users are advised to back up their chats and consider upgrading to newer iPhone models to maintain access to WhatsApp.
Affected Android Models
On the Android side, WhatsApp will cease support for devices running Android versions earlier than 5.0 (Lollipop). The following models are among those affected:

- Motorola Moto G (1st generation)
- Motorola Moto X
