Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 series is expected to bring substantial design changes, sparking significant interest. The company is reportedly transitioning its Pro models to an aluminum frame, a notable shift from the titanium and stainless steel frames of previous iterations. This change aims to make devices lighter and more cost-effective.
However, some Apple enthusiasts view it as a downgrade in premium feel. Alongside this, the iPhone 17 Pro models will adopt a part-aluminum, part-glass back design. The top half of the back will feature an aluminum camera bump, larger than before, while the bottom remains glass to support wireless charging​
The new models may also feature innovative functionalities like a unified button replacing the volume and action buttons. Additionally, speculation surrounds hidden Face ID components beneath the screen and a smaller “Dynamic Island,” enhancing the display’s utility. On the photography front, a 48 MP telephoto lens and a 24 MP front-facing camera are anticipated, promising significant image quality improvements​
